Raquelita, an injured pigeon after an accident in the city of Bogotá, finds refuge at the window of Tomás, a boy who keeps her company while she heals. From that encounter, Raquelita begins a poetic journey through the city, discovering characters, lives, invisible details overlooked by others, and her place in the world.
During the production of this audiovisual project
With this series we developed a narrative approach centered on contemplation, slow pacing, and sensitivity toward the everyday, exploring the city from an intimate and non-anthropocentric perspective. The process involved the construction of a delicate visual language, where animation engages with the poetic and the sensory through an artisanal aesthetic that highlights textures, light, and small details as narrative elements.
